    1. What is ShopClues Reach?

  • It is a platform (mobile + desktop) which helps you accept online payments in your store through all modes – Debit Card, Credit Card & Net Banking.
  • 2. How do I sign up?

  • Log into merchant.momoe.in
  • Click on Sign Up to register
  • You will receive an email with your username and password
  • Use this to sign in to your Reach account
  • 3. What details are required for completing the sign up?

  • Just enter the below details to get started with accepting online payments:
  • Your Name
  • Business Name
  • Email ID
  • Phone Number
  • 4. Where do I enter my bank account details?

  • Go to the “Profile” tab on the panel and enter your bank account details.
  • 5. Is a PAN Card mandatory for using Reach?

  • Yes, it is. Please upload a soft copy of your PAN card in the “Profile” tab of your panel for KYC purpose.
  • 6. Post sign-up, how much time will it take to activate my account so that I can start accepting payments?

  • Your account will be activated as soon as you enter your name, business name, mobile number and email ID.
  • 7. How do I accept payments from my customers?

  • Please follow the below steps to accept payments:
  • Login to Reach using your email and password
  • Go to the “Billing” tab
  • Enter the Amount, Mobile Number & Description (optional) for the billing amount & click on “Send”
  • The customer gets a text message with a link to pay
  • 8. How do I know when I receive the payment

  • Once your customer clicks on the link and makes the payment successfully, you will get a confirmation message post payment success. Additionally, you can go to the “Sales” tab and check the payment status of all the bills created by you.
  • 9. What if the customer gets a payment success message and I do not?

  • In the rare case that you do not receive a message post the customer’s payment, please go to the “Sales” tab and check the “Paid” amount in the respective customer’s bill.
  • 10. How will I receive the payment & in how many days?

  • You will receive the payment in the bank account mentioned in your Reach panel within 2 days of the payment being made by the customer.
  • 11. How much is the transaction cost (TDR Rate) that ShopClues will charge me?

  • We charge a flat rate of 1.4% on the transaction amount (service tax extra as applicable) for use of the Services.
  • 12. Is there a subscription cost?

  • You will be charged a minimal cost of INR 99/month to use ShopClues Reach.
  • 13. Is there a transaction limit?

  • There is no transaction limit for using Reach. You can accept as many payments as you want.
